* Participants must hold a minimum threshold of 0.5% of ERC-20 supply
* Wallet balances are tracked daily via snapshot
* Only balances at the snapshot time count toward rewards
* Tokens staked or locked via future Ethereum-side portal may receive multipliers

### Reward Distribution

Rewards are distributed in native MDX on the Modulax, not Ethereum.

* Prevents flash-loan manipulation by requiring sustained holdings
* Uses multiple random snapshot times to avoid gaming
* Vesting or claim delays may be applied for large holders

### Transition to Native MDX

Once the bridge is live:

* ERC-20 MDX can be swapped 1:1 for native MDX
* Daily airdrops will conclude
* Native staking and governance rewards will replace ERC-20 incentives
